The Respiratory System

The main function of the respiratory system is to remove carbon dioxide and supply oxygen. Yahweh never removes anything from you that he doesn’t replace with something far better. The lungs, where the gaseous exchange takes place, consists of 5 lobes and correlates with the 5 sides of the altar of incense. The oxygen spreads throughout the body, The life [oxygen] is in the blood, just as the incense filled the tabernacle.  This air throughout the body can be seen as a gaseous form of a man (ghost) which is like a spirit man (inner man) within the outer or fleshly man. The bronchial system connecting of the trachea with the lungs is a many branched tree-like structure which points to the tree of life within the man. The alveoli are like the leaves of the tree where the gas exchange takes place. Inspiration (breathing in) comes from above (the nostrils) and expiration occurs when man gives up the ghost (inner man).
